Vaulted Halls Mirror bug
These mirrors have a tendency to trap people who click on them, making them stuck overlapping the mirror

Take your distance before clicking the mirror a second time.

Annoying, but unless the mirrors had a lever used to turn them, I don't see how it can be fixed; purely a problem with the placeable.
